The addition of this new three-story contemporary style
building to the existing main office facility is a great
example of how a renovation can produce a fresh, updated
appearance while maintaining the look and feel of the
existing building. In particular, this program demonstrates
a seamless union of the original architectural elements with
new elements and details. To accommodate the connection to
the new addition, the existing building underwent minor
alterations including the new entrance and reception area.
The program provided additional office space for
commercial lending, mortgage lending, human resources, and
accounting as well as future space for additional expansion.
