Armed with the objective of establishing a new presence in Pooler, Georgia, GeoVista Credit Union opted to occupy a leased space to avoid the expense and timeline necessary to build a traditional full-size branch office. The space is located on the end cap of a popular shopping center, facing a major highway, which allowed Design Build Concepts to incorporate a drive-up window for member convenience.

Desiring a more modern approach to serving their members, the credit union elected to have DBC design a contemporary retail environment around two full-service dialogue banking stations, or teller “pods”, equipped with cash recyclers that provide an efficient, highly-personalized approach to member service. The compact 1,367 square foot retail space also includes a drive-up teller station, check desk, tech station, and child-friendly waiting area.
