First Freedom Bank
John Lancaster, President
Mt. Juliet, Tennessee
4,600 total square feet
As a newly chartered bank in Lebanon, Tennessee, First Freedom Bank desired to create a strong,
patriotic brand with their first of two permanent offices, located in Mount Juliet. Design Build Concepts designed an exterior
that combined elements of classical, colonial and modern architecture, accented by a large clock tower based on an American
icon - Independence Hall. The first site was a corner lot that supported a corner facing facility, with a curved portico, rounded
front and two gables accented with copper roofing.
The second site required a more traditional, rectangle shaped facility, also with approximately
3,800 square feet of heated space. The branded elements were carried forward on the exterior, as well as in the rich interior
steeped in their corporate/logo colors of red, white and blue. DBC was able to successfully maintain a consistent brand image
for First Freedom Bank while adapting to their various needs.
