First National Bank enlisted the help of Design Build Concepts to analyze neighboring markets and potential building sites to determine the best opportunity for their planned expansion. Ultimately, the decision was made for the bank to purchase an outparcel in the town center of a major new development, Heron Bay, to capitalize on the rapid growth in the area.

DBC worked diligently with developers throughout the architectural review process to ensure that the developer’s building requirements were met while maintaining the integrity of the building and functional needs of the bank. The result is a dynamic 4,465 square foot building that is not only attractive to potential customers in the area but also suits the traditional design of the overall development.
