Central Georgia Regional Credit Union approached Design Build Concepts to renovate and expand their current main office facility. By conducting a detailed growth projection study, the team quickly determined that the Credit Union’s current site could not support their long-term facility needs.

Design Build Concepts helped the Credit Union find a vacant lot large enough to accommodate an optimally sized facility in a location convenient to their members. In addition to helping the Credit Union find land, DBC designed this 8,650 square foot full-service main office to enhance members’ experience and provide multiple expansion options to handle the Credit Union’s future growth.
